Depends on the bike. You should probably be ok, the thing to do is check the clearance between the fender and tire. The 110 tire is going to be about 1 cm wider, so if you only have 1 cm of clearance on either side, I'd say you might be cutting it close. Worst case though you just have to take a grinder to the fender bracket and remove a tiny bit of material.

What kind of bike is it?
