The problems I can see are these.

you don't know or trust the seller.

the seller doesn't know or trust you.

you buy the bike as seen, it could be a heap of scrap..

Ask someone on this forum who lives near the bike to look it over for you, to look for leaks and levels..

Then if it all seems ok..buy it..
