Suggest that before messing with carbs, check air filter for clean and blow out if dirty, put in new plugs and run 1/3 to 1/2 can of seafoam through a tank full of gas and see if it improves performance. If it runs better then run the rest of the seafoam through a second tank full of gas and go from there.
