I think that price is spot on.
Just check for rust spots and any signs of wear. Especially on everything after market. Make sure he's got the original tools that came with the bike.
I got mine off a guy on c-list. I wanted to adjust the rear shocks. I look online and find tha the tool is close to 100$, but also that every shadow off the line comes with the tool. Was it in my bikes tool kit? Nope.
That is a good looking bike though. I am not a fan of the windshields on the spirits, they're fitting for the aero though.
I've got the same seat on mine, She's a beaut.
