Well it seems I"m going to have to take it apart again anyways. I did use some rtv on the small rips that the one had. Now it doesn't hesitate in the throttle but it seems to be running really rich, as it's backfiring. Anyone know of a fix for this or a main culprit? It wasn't backfiring before I took it apart and "fixed" the diaphram, so I'm thinking maybe the fuel bowl or something is messed up. I tried adjusting the pilot screws and it's still backfiring throughout the throttle now.
