I have a set of pseudo-leather Willie & Max throw-overs, but I permanently mounted them to the bike. Got them on e-bay for about $75 bucks, with brackets. Unfortunately, the brackets were for a HD. They are larger ones, so I had to move the turn signals. No locks, but I have JS Whitney top case on the back that does lock. I can carry a LOT. I usually leave my essentials - bungees, slime, mini-inflator, extra gloves, frog-togs - in one bag. The other is for carrying stuff. I keep my extra helmet in the top case cuz I transport my kids frequently.
