Hit up the Skyway on the Tennessee/North Carolina border and just hang out in the mountains. There is some beautiful riding there. I'm headed up there on the 14th of May for a week.
And if you're feeling adventurious ride the Tail of the Dragon. It's like 316 turns in 11 miles.
