Trouble shooting electrical 101. The problem is between the last place you have fire and the first place you don't have fire. If you have no fire immediately after the fuse connection then that is where the problem is. If you can get to the back of the fuse box test to the fuse connector itself. If you have fire there test to the wire an inch or two away from the fuse. Stick a straight pin thru the wire if you have to to test it. If you have no fire there the problem is where the wire is crimped in the fuse holder.
