You got that fated first drop out of the way. I managed it in the yard the first week, sort of tweaked the bars a little. I was trying to U turn in the yard to get out the gate and went it went down on it's left side I sort of flung forward off the side. After picking up the bike I pulled the bar back to full left lock and yanked a few times to get things straight. I dug the grass out of a few places while fussing at myself a little (okay, cussing at myself a lot) and felt like an idiot. I then went for a 54 mile round trip to show the bike to my parents.
It sucks, it happens to most, then you get it out of the way so you can move on.
