Default gas prices

If you are looking for the best gas prices try
The prices in Toledo right now range from $2.98 to $3.49 for regular.
50 cents per gallon savings is definatly worth driving a couple of miles for.
When you get to the site you just type in a zip code or city and state for the prices. Could be a handy tool when traveling.

Yeah, but you have to go to TOLEDO to get it.

(I'm allowed to say that because I grew up nearby in Wood County. Even met my wife at UT.)

Hey, I don't mind stopping for gas in/around Toledo; it's usually cheaper than here in Michigan. What bothers me is that just about every time I head east/south I have to drive through Toledo.

Yeah, I know, I could go through Canada to go east. Since the distinction between tourists and terrorists have been blurred it is not so much fun crossing the border. Gas costs a lot more there, too.

Anyway, that gasbuddy site looks like it does a pretty good job. It came out with the right ranking here -- a range of about 4% ($0.12/gallon) from low to high inside of a 5-square-mile area. (I watch prices carefully for my "fleet" -- 4 cars, 2 bikes, 1 diesel truck and a lawn tractor. Wednesday is usually the best day to buy.)
