He probably spent way too much on paint, but it's still a $1500 motorcycle, max. The extra coil packs suggest its had running problems...

Looks like a dealer tag hanging on the bars, looks all stock except the paint

That paint is cool! Wouldn't want it on my ride but I can appreciate it. Be nicer black with grey/white skulls. IMO

Way, way overpriced. Likely trying to recoup that paint job. BTW, what is it with motorcycles and skull artwork? Is it some sort of attempt to look like a badass? I've never understood that particular aspect of the culture.

Overpriced indeed. For that kind of money he could have at least buffed and cleaned the bike to a near spotless condition.
