Looking for parts

Today, Some nimrod heading in the opposite direction figured it would be a good idea to turn in front of me, sending me sliding down the road. Long story short, I'm bruised and scrapped up, but what hurts me more is looking at my bike that I spent all winter getting ready for the riding season. I'm looking for an oem gastank for 00 spirit preferably red. I've tried looking online but I haven't had any luck. If someone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.

Glad your O.K. with minor injuries. Did the person stop? Turn it into your insurance company and let them take care of it, that's what you pay insurance for.

Nope, the person kept going. I called the police and they went looking for the car, lucky there were two people that stopped and help me get my bike off the road. As far as my insurance, they told me that unless the police find the person I'm They aren't going to pay to repair.

That's a bunch of BS. If you have full coverage the have to pay. So if you lay the bike down on a curve or in gravel they won't pay. Something's wrong there. If you only PL & PD I guess your not covered.

How bad of shape is your tank? It maybe cheaper to get it fixed and painted then to get a new one.
