I had a very similar surgery. I have a titanium plate in my right wrist. Best advice is to stick with the therapy. Very important as you get older arthritis will set in and it pays off to have a strong wrist.
If I had the choice again, I would have never gone for the permanent plate. It bothers me evryday. i wish I could get it removed but it is too late now. The road to recovery will be a difficult one, but stick with the program the doctor gives you and you will be fine.

Going down stinks I went down in 07 because the front wheel on the bike I was riding locked up. I flew over the handle bars then slid down the road several feet wth the bike on top of me. Wasted my knee knocked me out woke up in the ER they dug a hand full of gravel out from under my knee cap two surgerys later it still is not right . Glad you are doing better!
