I bought a jet kit from GM-Cycles. The shipping was very prompt and the product was new and as-described.

The back seat is held in place by two bolts on the TOP of the finder and under the seat. The back seat slides on to them. Seat is very easy to take off. Use an 11mm or 13mm hex on a ratchet with an extension if you have it. Makes it much faster to take off and on..

Well i took the leap! I should be receiving my new Mustang seat next Thursday! I made the order through Dennis Kirk who sold me the seat for a dollar less than amazon. Also bought a Mustang studded tank bib to go with it. I have an illness i tell you! Ive spent more on accesories than i did on the bike! I really hope im happy with this Seat!

I have purchased a Mustang seat from GM Cycles. I was very happy with they're, price, customer service and shipping. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
I also am not mechanically inclined, but had the new seat installed in a matter of minutes.

You'll love the seat. You will have a slight adjustment period getting it broken in to fit you. The Mustangs tend to be a little wider and the cushion a little stiffer than the stock seats, at least that was my impression on the seats for my Virago and Vulcan. I could ride about 45 on the stock seat for the Virago before I had to pull over and get off for a few minutes. The Vulcan stock seat was somewhat better, but not near as good as the Mustang. If you ride 2 up much, your passenger will love it as well.

Oh, you'll like the Mustang wide tourer..Much more better,,I put 54k on the stock seat, and the mustang seat is the best thing I've put on my bike.

since you didn't read it the 1st time, I've reposted on how to remove your seat.

You wont be dissapointed! The Mustang is GREAT! Wife and I both have Mustangs and we love them! I hated the stockers on my Aero and the brides spirit, these seats rock!
And like old dad said, it is easy, read his instructions and you will be fine!
Pics of bags and seat are required, if you add accessories to your bike you are supposed to post pics

GM Cycles are great folk to deal with plus fast free shipping. I purchased my Mustang bib, Mustang backrest, and the Spitfire sport shield from them.
