Were you running pods before the build? What did you do to tune for them?

Its all coming together good, I'm planning on finishing mine in may.

for the start button did you just take it out of the housing that it was in or did you get a new button for it? also what did you do for the choke? Maybe mine is different (1985 vt500) but the choke is located on the left controls, with the turn signals, high beam and horn. with that what did you do with the hi/lo beam? Mine could be different though.

For the start button I took it out of the housing and used stock switch. I did remove the hi/low switch for now until I decide if I'm going to use it, not much riding were I need the high beam with the HID headlight. And the choke on my was connected to the clutch lever. I replaced my levers and mounts so I cut off the lever and mirror mounts from the mount and moved it to the lower right side of my handle bars. I will try to get a picture of that tomorrow for you.

also here is the new throttle housing I used. I removes the start button and on off switch. works great Satin Black OEM Style Single/Dual 7/8" Throttle Assembly

and here is another idea for the choke, I wish I found sooner http://www.dimecitycycles.com/vintag...y-002-816.html

had never even thought about doing that with the choke, same set up that a dirt bike carb has, do you know if that plunger will fit our carb? it seems like there is only one size out there so i would imagine it would. throttle assembly is an awesome pick too just what i wanted. thanks a ton.

As close to done as she will be for a while. I still can not find the cause of the "bogging". witch is not connected to rmp from what I can tell the higher my speed the worse she gets, but if i give it more throttle it stops. Tried everything I can find to help and nothing has. Well on to the pictures.
