Just wondering...how does a guy in Pennsylvania wearing a Texas fire departments hat qualify as the mark requested?

How do you figure its a Texas firemans hat ? Bought and used in the fire service for many years in the pittsburgh area .And since I know you are gonna question that here is a closer picture of the shield ...




Its says Quaill , the station is 249 and its ion Ross Twp Heres our websight
Station 249 - Quaill District Firemen's Association.

Next mark....a street sign with a tree in the street name. Something like Elm Street, Oak Drive, Pine Ave....you know what I mean.
