I disagree. If it's happened once, thats one thing. If it's a common occurence, someone has an issue.

What a fantastic forum this is. So well rounded. Motorcycle banter, anger management, and marriage counseling. I Love It!!

Thanks Guys, and "Old Dad", I agree it is a grow up issue. When I was younger this kind of thing seemed to happen frequently, I got it from my brother and my dad, they both did the same things, told me it keeps them from taking out their frustrations on people / family. I have gotten better and this is the first real "episode" I have had in over three years. Normally I do much like Big B said and count to ten, step away, cool off and go back to it later, every once in a great while when I am alone I apparently do still have explosions lol. I guess I just needed to rant a little and clear the last nagging bit of frustration out of my system.

Nope no problems here . I enjoy fixing things to much to get mad when something breaks . There is nothing that cant be fixed and when you throw things thats just plain stupid what do you gain another broken piece / part / window dented car .

This behavior apparently does not get better with time or age. See a counselor and save yourself money from broken things and possibly broken relationships.
better to go postal on something that doesn't bleed then someone who does

Any time I get upset I think it's time for another beer. It works wonders especially after 10 or 12.
