Default Can someone run this VIN for me?

after hours of searching i can not track down the VIN number on my bike. I want to buy a carb rebuild kit but don't know what year I need. The frame vin does not coincide with the 17digit vin most common with bikes. the Vin is PCO12119563 the engine Vin is PC21E2710540. I cant find what year, engine size the bike is ect. I am wanting to rebuild The Keihin VD carbs. thanks btw this is my third post

come to think of it my 07 ss750 gave me fits with insurance because it was only 16 digits. Had to add a 0 at the end I believe

Is it a U.S. model? 16 digit VIN I can understand but 17 Digit VIns have been standard in this country for many years and that doesn't even come close. Does it have a date or year stamped on the frame? Maybe you could post a picture and someone sould identify it.

Beginning in 1981 Honda went to the 17 digit worldwide standard.

However, cyclevin.com found it. But I'm not spending the $$ to tell you what it is.

I just called my Honda dealer (I know I know..) Parts guys says no way that VIN is a Honda VIN. Not enough digits but Honda doesn't start with PC...
