I have a couple of problems with this. First, the bike was made in 1993. If this is such a big issue, why hasn't it been mentioned before? Also, who's to say the seat hasn't deformed a little over the last 20 years? Second, how does a persistent erection stop this guy from engaging in sexual activity? I figure it would help. I don't see any way he could win.

It was a mixed marriage.. BMW's gave him a rise but it was the vibration of a Harley that got her motor running

I was just reading up on Priapism. BMWs and Corbin seats were not listed as causes.

This issue sure will have the judge's head throbbing as it seems like such a hard one.
The evidence may not stand up in court, but I am sure this stiff's lawyers will rise to the occasion.
I'd like to know when this case reaches it's climax. I'm sure there will be a great rush of relief for this guy, although he may feel a bit deflated after. I'm sure he'll want to have a cigarette and take a nap after the verdict comes in.
