Default what should i do next with my bobber?

I'm out of ideas on what to do next after i get the seat upholstered and get some metal side covers, any thoughts on what i could do to it, kinda sucks they don't make that many aftermarket parts for these bikes.

this is what she started out as.... 1983 Honda Shadow vt750c

What she looks like now...
