Whole saw mod to my 1986 vt700?

I got bored today and decided i wanted a little bit more sound out of my vt700 so i did the whole saw mod and removed the baffles with no problem. After i removed them i noticed farther in there was a wall with diffrent venting in it and a 1 inch hole which looks like a second baffling system? I was wondering if there was any safe way to remove it? I fired up my bike and sounded better but i was hoping for a lil bit more any help would be great thank you.
