Reminder I am still learning. Was preparing to move into traffic from a parking lot, had the bike pointed into the slow lane. Then I took one more loor left and BAM! popped the clutch and took off in front of 2 cars accross 3 lanes of traffic, Thought I was dead meat, but didn't panic, got control while accellerating and made it to the light in the turn lane. Relieved I turned left and went back to my ride, reminded that i'm still new.

Start slow when learning . And remember one thing! (or at least this is always on my mind)
Ride your own ride , and don't give an eff if your taking to long to turn or going too slow. Don't worry about what other people think! Sent from my iPhone using MO Free

Glad to hear you made it out of that one unhurt! Learning experience.
I was practicing U turns yesterday... halfway thru the turn I looked right... and my front wheel popped over the curb and ended up on some guys lawn. I mean... I had that turn done and would have cleared the curb by 3 feet... until I turned my head. |

YEA Now how many womens butts have I ridden into LOL I learned this a LONG time ago riding dirt bikes, A little different due to terrain but same idea, On the dirt we look where we want to be and not what were riding over too close to the bike, It's amazing what dirt bikes can get over but it's natural instinct to go where your looking, I never focus on one thing either. Always scan the scenery back and forth and pay attention to everything and you'll notice the cars about to pull out or about to do something stupid.
