I'm sorry but this is just funny to me. If these guys can't hold their bikes up while waiting in line, maybe there WAS a need for this check point.

So, let me get this straight.

40 cops, no DUIs and a MC endorsement violation.

And this was a SOBRIETY checkpoint? How did they get the guy for no endorsement?

I still say it's illegal search.

And, if it's true that the feds mandated the checkpoint then it's OBVIOUS that the federal government no longer abides by the constitution.

Please, next time you come to a checkpoint, be sure to exercise your constitutional rights and decline to provide your information. In fact, you probably shouldn't even stop. Just tape a picture of the constitution to your rear window. I'm sure they'll understand.

I've been there several times. It's not bad enough that I would have dropped my bike. Lets put the blame where it's due. On the rider.

An ancient culture told me so because they stopped making calendars past that day. Kinda like an ancient culture had a popular guy and somehow he turned into an all-knowing God...and son of said God...at the same time.

But hey, if all else fails, the sun is going to become a supernova in about 5 billion years which will end life on earth. However, by then the human race will be long gone from a massive war over police states and soberity checkpoints.

It's tempting.
Although, here in Oregon, they wouldn't dare (yet).

I will tell you this. If I ever have more money than I can spend, I WILL make a few challenges to the consitutionalty of some laws or practices.

The Mayans never accounted for Leap Year because it hadn't been instituted yet. So with all the years since of leap days it would of happened last summer.
