As some of you will remember last winter my bike went down to the frame and was rebuilt from a stock Shadow

To this

I actually have to post an updated picture because I've added things over the summer.

This winter I want to focus on chrome. There are several things on the bike that I want to have chromed including the front forks, some engine parts and both wheels. Can anyone recommend a chrome shop in PA or NJ? I'm willing to travel a bit for the right shop but I've been hearing nightmare stories about chrome shops. Any suggestions?

There's this place. I have heard about them a couple of times but I have never used them.

Mike, would you be willing to ship your stuff to Texas, I can recommend someone very good out there. It's where I had mine done.

Thanks Big B. I really do not want to break down the bike again! I'm trying to find somewhere local that can do it.

The bike will have to be broken down - I just hope that I don't have to do it!

I talked to a chrome shop from Philadelphia at the Wildwood bike rally a few weeks ago. They told me to bring the bike in and they'd do the rest. Unfortunately I lost their business card.
