This morning was really foggy and the moisture in the air was playing games with me and the few coats of clear. Yes I did all this in my partially enclosed carport. Miss having a garage.

So after doing some repainting of some of the chrome due to my own stupidity I have applied the final coats of clear to the clutch side cover. Air cleaner, Stator and Forward shaft covers are all clear coated and have been hand polished and waxed up. Ill do the same to the clutch cover tomorrow and Sat reinstall all the parts.
I still need to clear the speedo bezel and valve covers, but they do have paint on them. Gonna try to get some pics once I get all the parts back on.

I think your bike looks great. The more black the better.
I am wondering with all that painting if it matches the fenders perfectly. It is difficult to tell by looking at pictures. It kind of looks like the paint is not as glossy as the fenders. Am I seeing it correctly? Do you think that you will have to paint the fenders to match? Or are you just fine the way it is? Thanks for these great posts. Luv the look.

Perfectly....not exactly. But now that everything has 4-5 coats of clear on them its close. Current pics are with out clear coat. Pics on Saturday will be finished product.
