My dog isn't even fazed by the Ultrasonic things, he cocks his head to the side and that's it.

My question, have you talked to the douchebag yet???? Get at it man, or it isn't as big of a problem to you as you make it seem.

^ This.

When it first became a problem the dog owner should have been confronted about the danger. If they are not available, a note on the door with your phone number would suffice. If at that point no response OR they are reluctant to comply, call the police AND animal control and let them handle it from there. It's really not rocket science, and all the nonsense in this thread is just wasted time. GET TO IT! Your safety is at risk, and to some extend others as well since the dog is obviously not leashed and poses a hazard.

With a full time job (with overtime), kids, and helping my wife run a business, it's just hard to find the time to go and talk to him (the douche bag). Usually when I am home, he is not. It is a major priority, and will talk to him the first chance that I catch him at home. The note on the door is a good idea, but I am more of a face to face type of guy.

A politely written note won't take but a couple of minutes to write and attach to their door or put in their mailbox. It can open the door (so to say) to a phone call and from there a time to meet face-to-face. Remember, if you "kill'em with kindness" and approach it first as concern over safety of the animal (even though we know the importance here is YOUR safety), they'll be more likely to take your side and help to find a solution. Again, good luck!

Well its not to make their heads explode or anything. Just to break their focus on something. It'll be hard for the dog to chase and bite when its sitting there head cocked to one side thinking, "WTF?!"

LOL! Yeah, he'll be like ...

Hey, make him do that enough and his face will be stuck like that permanently!
