Liar.

Okay. Not a lie then. How about unauthentic, fake, false, insincere, lacking in truthfulness, not as it seems, and leading to the collapse of our civilization.

We hates the collapse of our civilization.

Truth in materials! I say, let plastic be plastic, and metal be metal, and don't pretty one up to look like the other.

LOL!

Maybe this will help, and it may just be what those pesky little Japs were thinkin' as they moved from metal to plastic on our dear scoots:

Corrosion Resistance: Products molded in plastic are more weather resistant than fabricated metal products. Plastic will not corrode and can be designed to accommodate many climatic conditions. Special additives may be added to the plastic resin to combat failure due to high exposure to UV.

Chemical Resistance: Since plastic is impervious to many chemical compounds, plastic is an ideal material for a wide variety of solution tanks such as oils, gasolines, etc.

Strength: Plastic parts may be designed to be impact and dent resistant. Parts can be reinforced with core-throughs and kiss-offs for added strength.

Economical:Plastic is lighter weight for better fuel economy and cheaper to manufacture than metal parts. A feature known as rotational molding is the ability to convert large numbers of assembled components into a single functional plastic part. This not only eliminates assembly time and cost, but can also result in a more functional part with better ergonomics.

Aesthetics: Since color can be part of the molded piece, secondary painting operations are are an option. The result - a uniform, maintenance free and cost effective color for your part. Graphics can also be made to specifications and molded into the part, which protects the graphic from ever coming off.

It is for those very reasons I am quite content and ecstatically pleased with my front fender.

If you're gonna be insulting to an ethnic group, make sure you insult the little guys. The big ones can be a LOT tougher to calm down.

Of course, if you get enough of the little ones angry...

I'd characterize them more as sardonic than sarcastic.
