There are various definitions for both words, some of which define sardonic as scornfully or cynically mocking. Both words are commonly misused, "sarcasm" more so. I am SO not worthy of this grammatical inquisition. Whatever the case, now I'm offended. Wait. Yes, yes I am. *seeking help* I think we have a thread for that.
