Winter Wonderland

Today in Vacationland light snow is sticking to everything but the pavement. The ground is still to warm for accumulating snow.

The VLX 600 is in the garage, with fuel stabilizer in the tank, a cover on and a battery tender is hooked up to the battery.

Bike hibernation has started.

Winter is the main reason that I moved to FL. I realized that I've never heard anyone talking about the time that they spend shoveling the sunshine off of their driveway. I know what it feels like to feel 'cooped up' for several months of the year after growing up in PA and then spending 20 years in the Chicago suburbs. This is my first 'winter' here in FL and, so far, I'm loving it. You should come down and join us!
