Default Almost laid the bike it's side

Coming up to the gate at the base I live on. It is a 90 degree turn with a stop in the middle to show my ID. I was about to stop when the cop stepped in front of me. When I turned my bars all the way to the right to not hit her, the front brake locked up and down went the bike. Luckly I was able to use my leg and keep my bike off it's side. Needless to say the young cop got and hear full from me.

Pedestrians always have the right of way. Even if they are stupid.

By right of way I think you mean we can't legally hit them.

Live to ride.

Um, no. Least not in Arizona.

FWIW, I laid mine down the day I got it in a u-turn I was using the "get used to the new bike".

Successfully laid it down again the day I got it back from repairs (vandalism damage). Haven't done so since. *crosses fingers*
