Coming up to the gate at the base I live on. It is a 90 degree turn with a stop in the middle to show my ID. I was about to stop when the cop stepped in front of me. When I turned my bars all the way to the right to not hit her, the front brake locked up and down went the bike. Luckly I was able to use my leg and keep my bike off it's side. Needless to say the young cop got and hear full from me.

FWIW, I laid mine down the day I got it in a u-turn I was using the "get used to the new bike". Successfully laid it down again the day I got it back from repairs (vandalism damage). Haven't done so since. *crosses fingers*
