Posting pics is easy. Just type free image hosting into Google. Pick the second link. It takes you to an image hosting website. There will be an upload button that you click and that opens a gateway to your computer files. Find your pic that you want, click on it and select the open button. Then on the website click upload. The select the text that says direct link. Copy it. Come back to the forum and in your reply click on the square little box (I think it had a picture of a mountain and sun or something) that will open up another menu. Left click in it and hit paste or press control+v. Select ok. And hit submit.
