The bleach white stuff is getting hard to find. I have been looking for a while and haven't found any lately. That stuff was popular when most cars had ww's on them.

Really? Where the heck do you live????????

Amazon.com: bleche wite Amazon.com: bleche wite

Pep Boys
Search: bleche wite | Tire Cleaner | AutoZone.com
bleche wite - Walmart.com
Westley'sŪ Bleche-Wite Whitewall Cleaner - Tire Cleaners - Ace Hardware

On another note, I use Formula 88 degreaser which works just as well but is not as volatile to your painted surfaces. Been using that stuff almost since it's inception, LOL! Also, because my WWW's are painted and my rims are PD'd, the F88 keeps them unharmed as well. Bleche Wite is also pretty intense in odor.

Classic! A great look, especially with that purple/silver combination.

Keep the shiny side up!

Is grinding necessary to make that size work? I am very new at this and that is definitely beyond my skills.

You have to take some metal out of the fender brace in order for this size to fit. A dremal tool will prob do fine if you don't have a grinder. Just put the brace on and mark where it is rubbing and start grinding. Take some metal out and try it on again. Repeat if nec. Pretty easy to do. Starting on small mods like this will help you hone your skills. Next thing you know, you'll be building a full out custom bike!
