I've been out on disability now for three months after the operation to fix my shoulder after the deer meets bike business. My last physical therapy was Monday, November 12th. I saw the Dr. on last Thursday, the 15. I will be going back to work on December 3rd! I'm about 90-95% mobile now and feeling pretty good. Still doing some of the excersises to work on a few areas, but otherwise good. Except I've been out of work for three months. I so do not want to go back to work. I gotta win the lottery.

Kevin,
Keep up the exercises and therapy. I had shoulder surgery in March and I'm still not back to 100%. It's not holding me back but recovery takes a while, for older folks like me perhaps little longer. |

Good report, sorry you have to go back to work, perhaps you could ride in, that will take a little of the edge off.

Be sure to let your doctor know if going back to work causes you any
pain...you might get lucky or at the least...light duty...another three months would be nice...Good Luck Sent from my iPhone using Motorcycle.com Free App |

Maybe... A little short trip low torque riding would help get you some more mobility? Maybe it wouldn't! I rode with an external metal brace screwed through my skin into my leg after breaking it... Only twice
Most important, take the time to heal and I hope you get back at it all very soon. How's the deer? |

Power Ball is at 425,000,000. But since you hit a deer I don't know how lucky you are. Better go back to work.
