don't like any of the new stuff these days.. like hip hop, rap, etc. it just doesn't amuse me. all this stuff you hear today on the radio is goin' to be gone with in the next month and out of date, but the blues and classic rock is gonna be here for ever. i know this is hard to believe comin' from a 21 year old like myself.. but hey.. i've figured it out.
i like blues and classic rock and southern rock. some artists would be.. stevie ray vaughn, jonny lang, lynyrd skynyrd, ac/dc, ccr, tom petty, lightnin' hopkins, jimi hendrix, etc. the list could go on for a long, long while. but ya get the drift.

I listen to almost everything. Christian, Outlaws Country, to Led Zeppelin. Also have a ton of 60's and 70's music from my high school and radio dj days.

I listen to pretty much anything except rap & The Beebs.
Currently on a J-Rock / J-Punk / J-Pop phase.

Tried the Tune-In Radio App so i can listed to the traffic station on my Crackberry on the way in. Buffers like heck and the internet side ads jump in at the oddest times. Going to find out tomorrow if it is worthwhile or not.

I used the I heart radio app on my DROID, along with Google maps, for the first time on my ride down to Panama city beach a couple weeks ago, and riding around the southern Alabama area on the weekends. Only issues were that in places where the phone had no signal the music would stop and restart when I got signal back....and skull candy earbuds are not the best choice for riding.
I ran an earphone extender cable from the Ram mount, under the tank and seat, because the wires were flapping too much in the wind. I also ran a long USB cable along the same route to an SAE port adapter that I plugged into the battery tender cable that is hardwired to the battery. I usually only do that if I am going to be riding for an hour or longer. Sent from my DROID RAZR using Motorcycle.com Free App |
