Bought a Harley Nightster

Nice bike! I had an anniversary edition 1200 sporster black/silver and I really liked it for riding around town or just cruising but I couldn't handle it on longer rides!! Maybe I'm just a little to old!! LOL. It was a great running bike though I had alot of great times with it. Anyway congrates on your bike and ride safe!!

I just traded my Sporty XLC for the Shadow. I had no real complaints other than the handling, braking and power.
I'm looking to get another, but I'm torn between it and a few Dyna's. I love the Dynas and Sporties because they stay true to HD Heritage.

I did a test ride on one about a week ago, and really liked it. Liked it a lot more than the sporty custom.

Comfortable and fun
My plan was to put a BBK in it, but said screw it and traded it to a buddy for the shadow.
They are good bikes for what they are, but are about the same as a 1970-80's UJM.

OP, I looked at that exact bike a few years ago and almost bought it even though I'm not a huge fan of the Sportys. Nice deal though ... enjoy it!
