A. I wasn't being passive, if I were being passive I would have made it sound like I partially agree with you.. I do not. B. And do you know that for sure..A poser who shows up and pretend to be what they are not and give the illusion that they have ridden someone elses bike are not to be trusted and could be up to know good.. OF did the right thing, that you cannot see that is really of no concern of mine. |

Life's too short for this s*it.
Who cares what he does. The fact that their is a "biker" image is poser enough. What about the guy who rides, but does it in flip-flops, shorts and a Tank top? Dude did the kids a solid, and at the end of the day that's all that really matters. |

IMHO: dude is a total d-bag poser. I'd lump him in with the white collar guys who commute in a Benz all week to work, then get out the requisite $30k Harley and ride around in their white Nikes and go slumming in biker bars looking the part in their brand new shiny orange and black hd leather. I know I know, its not about how you dress or what you ride, but weekend warriors get my goat. If I saw this dude hop out of his Vic wearing full leathers I'd probably make a joke...something about having to drag a knee around corners...or maybe ask him where biker Barbie is while we're playing dress-up.

I see you point but again ,at least the 30 grand Nike guy you speak of actually RODE his bike to the bar. And.. I never understood IMHO.. I am not humble about my opinions |

There are a 100 ways this could play out. It's a speculation and judgemental. I know guys that live in their gear, so what?
I have worn leathers(no chaps) and drove a cage, because my leg was broken. The vest was mandatory, the boots were comfy. I sat with my group of brothers in a fundraiser. That make me a poser? OP, I'm sure you 100% spot on with your assessment, but life is way to short to bust a complete strangers nutz on an internet forum. If it pisses you off that much, you should have pulled his card right there. |

mmm and were you hanging round your brothers bikes pretending one of them were yours? Were you conveying this illusion to kids? Not likely right? I kind of doubt you would do such a thing either ( if I am wrong please tell me) Why? Because you know it isn't right.. it's posing, it's deceptive..it's dirty. |

Live and let live...you and the others demonstrated where your heart is...that gave you some good Karma...don't blow it away because of someone else's behavior...in the total scheme of things It Just Doesn't Matter.
