Default 360-Degree Camera - must find and buy one

Watch this. It's a guy on a mountain bike, but man....Technology is getting insane....

I want one of these when I finally make it to ride through the Grand Canyon. With my motorcycle, not my bicycle, of course.

oh and i found trying to use the mouse was kind of difficult. Pressing the arrow keys on your keyboard while the video is playing is much easier to control.

I'm guessing it's the exact same setup as the Google Streetview cars.

You know, a camera only Google and Redbull can afford to own.

You could stick a bunch of mini DV cameras around your helmet..about six for a total price of $200 about $30 each which will record a reasonable quality film for about 4 hours on a 16gb micro SD card each camera measures 2 1/4" x 3/4" x 1" with an output of 720 x 480px @ 30fps..

It might be better to mount a pole on the bike with a ring mounted so that every time you moved your head the cameras didn't point to the ground and the sky..

Maybe a bit of experimentation before you do the real thing

The real cost would come when you have to place six large TVs around the room to play them back on..

John.
