Been thinking of getting a bigger bike. I'm a pretty big guy and my 750 struggles a little bit with me on it. Plus, I'm enjoying longer rides. I'm not a fan of HD. I like Victory and Indian bikes a bit more. Browsing the local Craigslist, I found a bike I like, A LOT! it's a 2002 Custom Road King - Police Edition with beach bars.I wonder if he'll take my Porsche in trade? It has the ugly rear stop and turn signals that HD puts on their bikes, easy change... But it sure is purty. I like the fact that it's lowered... and only $8500...

That is a great looking bike for sure. If you are looking for a bike that big and in a similar price-range how about expanding your search for a RoadStar?
I love my victory too.

Nice! Good luck with her.
I pick up my "new" 2006 Road King Classic saturday morning. One major advantage with the HD is if there is anything on the bike you don't like there is no shortage of aftermarket parts available. |

A notable concern about the handlebars but I knew of two people that had similar handlebars and they had no issues.
