1999 1100 Aero.
I get about 100 to 120 before reserve on the highway depending on mph. 90-100 in town.
Most of the time I fill before I have to hit reserve, but I know the switch
works, I've been there.

Ride safe,
Loren

I usually can go to 130 miles before the reserve kicks in on my 750!

Mileage varies based on wind, altitude and speed among other things. On a recent 2100 mile trip to Big Bend we hauled a$s on the first day averaging 80mph with a high speed of 94mph. None of us got sh$t for gas mileage and neither would anyone else. Humping it at those speeds causes gas mileage to be seriously comprimised.

By observing your recent posts of yours, we can surmise a few things based your claim of 130 miles (which is totally believable):
1) You are not riding very fast
2) Your speed rarely varies
3) You are not riding very far

The only way to know your MPG is to get out and really ride. I hear bar hoppers get great gas mileage.

You'll hear a lot of things from bar hoppers. Some of it might be true but great mas mileage is not likely to be one of them, at least not on carbureted bikes.

Well that comment was meant to be more tongue and cheek. Although I will say that many bar hoppers I talk with ride or have ridden many, many more miles than we give them credit for because if they are parked in front of a bar then "they must not really ride" or some perception there of.....
