So i take my bike in to get a new rear tire at the local shop. I won't guess the mechanic's age as smoking and riding have probably made him look older than he is, but if i had to guess i'd say around 60. I buy the tire from the counter and roll the bike to the work area. He takes one look and grumbles about me having a bag on my luggage rack. I say, "how else am i to carry my ***** around, especially if i go somewhere overnight." He replies, "use a car if you need to carry stuff. All i need no matter how many days i go is an extra pair of drawers, a roll of 50s, and my weed." Needless to say i immediately had a man crush

I know a few old bikers and they can paint a mental picture for sure.

Great story, thx for sharing. When I was in my early 20s I befriended an older Hell's Angel. He had a Harley project he was building in room and it was the most redneck ***** you ever saw. His wife said, "Well, at least it's finally out of the kitchen!"
