It should of course come as no surprise
that the Biker comes in every shape and size
And some are genuine characters it's true
I know because in my travels I've met me a few
The odd ball fusion hippie vet, the wild eyed punk
the nervous one strung out on junk
I've heard their tales, they've heard mine
at rallies on the roadside and now online
Now I ain't into new fangled terms like a Man Crush
But yeah I have sure gotten a rush
From learning from sage old grey beards wizened by years
and even from the neophytes wet behind the ears
Men and women alike and yet different then me
All enjoying that moment of being free
All sharing in their own way that common disease
to grab those handle bars and get your knees in the breeze.
