By Sunday afternoon we're supposed to have 9 inches of fresh, new snow on the ground . . . wish I still had my snowmobile!!!

Yup. I'm watching it snow as we speak here in St.Cloud. Waiting for it to quit so I can go play in it with the plow!! We were lucky this year (again) and the extended riding season was nice... until yesterday.

We haven't had a good snow in nearly a decade.

We had 90 degrees yesterday, and about 73 today (So Cal). But it's supposed to dip down into the upper 60's during the next week. Oh no...!

I ride year round..... usually peeks up to 50's and higher here for a week sometimes and I rode a lot in Dec, and Jan. even some in early Feb. Havent riden in 2 weeks because of the snow... rode the day before we got 10in then 5 days later we get 9 more! but its clearing off and suppose to be ok tomrrow and I plan on riding with 16in of snow on the ground.

I got out quite a few times over the winter but living in New Mexico, "winter" is a relative term. I've been doing some upgrades on and off which has kept me off the bike on some days that I could have ridden. This week is suppose to hit 70 and then there is a chance of snow this weekend. With my new jets coming in this week, this weekend will be the perfect time to rejet and get her purring like a kitten.
