I agree about the hd dealerships. They can be snobby. That would be why I bought mine from my Honda dealership. The hd dealers aren't gonna budge on price. I got mine out the door after taxes and stuff for what a local hd dealer has a 1999 road king stickered at.

Again it's why I call myself a motorcycle guy not an hd guy. I laugh at those guys who say they will never ride anything but hd or not ride. I'd ride a rebel if it was my only choice to ride.

Any way here's a pix of her. Been fun & we'll see ya on the road.-imageuploadedbymo-free1355333047.264086.jpg

Congratulations on the new ride! Please post pictures and don't make yourself a stranger on this site.

Bah.
I've gotten horrible service from Henderson Harley in Nevada, but the local shop here, Victorville Harley, embraces my Aero. The guys there know me now because I'm always in there looking at the bikes and trying to buy take-off parts from them. They try their best to help and are ALWAYS helpful.

My local custom bike shop, mostly harley, seems to have more take-off parts and is willing to sell me stuff at a great price. I got my risers from him and they work awesome. I got some more parts from him this weekend and my bike will eventually become a Honda Davidson! He's seen the bike and seems to like what I've done to it so far and knows what I want to continue doing and is willing to help me get there, as long as I can afford to! He originally was apprehensive towards me but realized I'm a hobbyist and tinkerer and trips on my ideas...

My local Honda dealer is ok... They help, but would rather sell a new bike... I still use them though, I like to keep my money local if I can...
