To actually answer the question--when there is snow and ice on the road. I ride to work every day and it's been 20 degrees prior to windchill and motorcycle speed chill. But we are anticipating a snow storm tomorrow night soooo....no riding on Thursday, it looks like.

There have been a few times where I've felt exactly how that guy looks! My limit is at the freezing point- there aren't enough layers without making me look like the kid from that Christmas movie (A Christmas Story?) that can keep me warm below 32. Bah- I barely go outside if it's below freezing- I'm cold-blooded, I guess.
