He probably spent way too much on paint, but it's still a $1500 motorcycle, max. The extra coil packs suggest its had running problems...

Looks like a dealer tag hanging on the bars, looks all stock except the paint

That paint is cool! Wouldn't want it on my ride but I can appreciate it. Be nicer black with grey/white skulls.

Way, way overpriced. Likely trying to recoup that paint job. BTW, what is it with motorcycles and skull artwork? Is it some sort of attempt to look like a badass? I've never understood that particular aspect of the culture.
