I've been riding this vt1100 for sooooo long that think I might just fall off if I tried another one. I do always remember my 64 norton atlas. That bike was so powerful and so fast. Too bad about throwing the rod...

My fiance would love one of the Classics. It'd make a neat, easy bobber.

you may find you are in for a rude awakening somewhere along the line.. if it is made by man it will break down, and there are many here who have found that just because the bike is a Shadow and it's made by Honda makes little difference to that truth

That's crap man. The tech support forum here is strictly threads asking how to perform bolt-on mods and lights. Even those of us still running 80's Shadows have never had to do anything but put gas in them. We post project threads and engine rebuild how-to's just so you Enfield guys don't feel so bad.

I've owned all of the major brands, and a couple of the lesser known builders. The only motorcycle that ever broke down and left me on the side of the road was a 2 year old Honda Spirit 1100.

If you aren't riding Enfield, you aren't a biker.

That's a pretty cool bike, I've never heard of it. Just saw this on Jay Leno's Garage about the Royal Enfield.
