4 left Ellaville to attend the Wounded Warrior Run...
When we arrived, we found out the ride had been canceled??? However, we found out there was a Military Vets MC run 12:30... I counted from about mid way in the pack, we were number in 50 position... A good escorted ride to Andersonville with memorial service, then a party at the clubhouse afterward... IF you missed it, thats it, YOU missed IT!!! June 1&2 ThunderRoads Magazine 5th anniversary & PanHead City Swap Meet at AngelCity this coming weekend will be fun, Be there we will...

LAST RIDE saturday, June 30 Noon at the Georgia capitol...
ABATE of GA presents our capitol run "Last Ride" each year in memory of fallen Motorcycle Riders... The fallen riders name is read and the bell tolls for each fallen rider... Washington Street in front of GA capitol building will be closed for Our memorial to Motorcyclists To submit names to be read visit www.abatega.org for details, the important thing is to show up in support of this worthy cause...

T-Minus 6 Days and counting down until the Last Ride Memorial for our fallen Riders Noon on GA capitol steps...
We`ll be leaving exit 98 I-75 KSU @ 8am next saturday ~ Cordele RV Center...

T-Minus 37&1/2 hours till KSU From Cordele headed north I-75...
6 locals have committed to attend this Last Ride Memorial Run to the GA capitol with me... We`ll meet up along I-75 and converge at The Grove, @ Locust Grove (exit 212) with KSU Run to the capitol 11am... Join us, "D"

Last Ride Memorial service on the GA state capitol steps is now "said & done"...
HOT!!! Blue Blazes HOT!!! Whew!!! What a scorcher!!! 113 degrees one of the riders read on his thermometer... And talk about a line up? Harey, Magna, Majesty, 2-Yamaha 1100s, two 750 Shadows in our group I rode the distance with... Musta beena "site fer sore eyes"... We made it, "D"

What with the response I see on this thread, I reckon it`ll close on out...
I was hoping to generate some interest in the GA riders posting events and happenings around the state... AND get to meet some more HSN members... Oh well, better luck next time...
