That BS about " If you don't go to Moonshine you are not a Motorcycle Rider you are a Motorcycle owner" Total BS.
Sorry but, I don't like Cocky, unnecessary BS......
Rant over....

I agree that this kind of BS is garbage. Personally, I think this one is a case of a quote not translating well into writing. As I understand it, the late founder of the Moonshine Lunch Run was a man who embraced each and all in the motorcycle world. I think his statement was a good natured challenge to the world in the name of fun. That said, I think they would do well to retire the phrase and use something a little less elitist sounding. That's my take on it.

I'm thinking about this one this year, but it's always a bad time for me to get away. I'd have to choose between doing Moonshine or a Bun Burner 1500 a little later and I'm really leaning towards the BB. Everyone who goes, ride safe, stay warm, and have fun.

"The Edge...there is no honest way to explain it because the only people who really know where it is are the ones who have gone over." ~ Hunter S. Thompson
.
Anger and worry are the two greatest wastes of time known to man. Aside from television, of course.

Registered this morning. As usual, everything depends on the weather. If everything goes as planned, will get there on the 6th. Probably take a couple of days to get there and plan to do a Saddlesore 1000 for the ride home.
