Default MSF Courses

Hey, have any of you in IL taken the intermediate riding course? I took the beginners last year at a local university and passed without a single issue. I'm now thinking about intermediate since you go on your own bike instead of one of their 250's. I'd like all the experience I can get and I really enjoyed the beginner's even if it was really easy. The instructor's were still able to pick out a couple quirks and fix small bad habits I had done unknowingly on my own.

If you have, what was it like?

I read that you have to have been riding for two years prior for the intermediate..yet the expert course says you only need 1,000 miles under your belt or something. Doesn't make much sense to me.

Didn't take the intermediate course but it sounds like a refresher course of the basic. I did take the advanced and found it to be very good. I would take the advanced course if I were in your shoes unless your unsure of your abilities. As for the requirements, I don't think they would stop you from taking the course if you really want to.

I agree, I'd jump strait to the the advanced course, the Intermediate you still use their 250's.
