as it should be personal choice..not law! id still wear one as well on longer trips,but if i was just running down the street id probably not.

It's nice to have the choice. I'll be trying it once I get my bike on the road but I'll still be wearing a helmet most of the time.

Good to have the right to choose but damn bugs hurt, I'll keep my helmet on. Plus I like being a little incognito on my bike with the silver mirrored visor

I will still be wearing one after my 2 years of driving is up.
Do not see a point in making it legal to not wear a helmet while seatbelts are required. Makes no sense to me.
